Let start work out your Abs and Legs in just 13-15 minutes daily at anywhere you like.
Before you get started let's do a warm up to get your body loosened up and ready to go.
A) 25 sit ups
B) 25 Mountain Climbers on each legs
C) 25 Leg Raises on each legs
D) 1 Min Plank
Take a 20-30 second rest, drink some water and repeat the same cycle 3 times again.
Tips: Don't force yourself too hard, just take it easy to complete and improve it day by day. After work out, replenish back a protein based food as your meal for muscle recovery.
